I am a licensed commercial real estate consultant currently working with CBRE Limited, the best-in-class international commercial real estate firm.

For 12 years I have focused in the technology industry, from 1999 to 2007 working with numerous growing technology companies in Yaletown and Gastown, before moving up to Squamish to live and offer my expertise helping Sea to Sky businesses grow.

The service I offer is to support the executive team on an ongoing long-term basis with strategy for current and future facilities needs, providing market information and opportunities analysis, financial modelling, acquisition, negotiation, and transaction management; all with the exclusive best interests of the client business including confidentiality as fiduciary duty. In almost all cases there is no fees payable by the tenant client, as this is normally offered by the landlord or vendor.

While most tech client requirements are for office space, I have good experience with larger industrial type facilities (acquired and built data centres and labs for example). Some notable clients are Radiant Communications, IBM, Rockstar Games, Yaletown Venture Partners, and most recently have grown "Mobify" from 8 employees in 2009 to 45 employees this year in a beautifully retrofitted heritage space.
